Comprehensive Speech and Language Evaluations

Advanced Clinical Services & Family Support, including educational consult & collaboration.

Articulation , Autism, Expressive & Receptive Language Development, Fluency/Stuttering, Voice, Phonological Development, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Social/Pragmatic Language Skills, Executive Functioning support.

Session Length and Frequency are thoughtfully determined based on your child’s individualized therapy plan & your family’s scheduling needs.

Sessions may be 30, 45 or 60 minutes. offered one to two times per week.

Therapy Intensives also available. Families select intensives to prepare for important events such as:

Class presentations, speeches, interviews, preschool readiness, vocal performances, social events etc.

Intensives are multiple days/week for a short period of time. For example, 3-5 sessions/week for 1 month.

Yes, Clear Voices is an approved ESA vendor through Class Wallet and families who qualify may use ESA funds for eligible services.

Services are provided by a licensed and credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist who meets the professional qualifications commonly required for many insurance providers, including HSA.

Clear Voices is a Private Pay Practice.

Participation, approval, and reimbursement are determined by the individual insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed.

Upon request, families will be provided with itemized receipts and supporting documentation to submit independently.

Families are encouraged to verify eligibility and reimbursement policies directly with their insurance provider.

This model allows for individualized, thoughtful therapeutic work without the constraints of insurance limitations.

We are approved for ESA payment via Class Wallet.

As an intentionally small, individualized practice, detailed fee information is shared during the inquiry process to ensure services are thoughtfully matched to your child’s needs.

Comprehensive evaluations range from $250-$550, depending on the extensiveness of the evaluation and individual strengths & needs of your child.

Evaluation pricing is determined by hourly charges for the duration of the testing appointment, report writing & evaluation report review, recommendations and detailed therapy plan consultation

Therapy services costs typically range from $70-$224 per session, depending on service category (articulation vs. language), service model (virtual vs. in person) & duration (e.g. 20 minute session vs. 60 minute session).
